  • Work from anywhere! That’s right - FundEasy is (and always has been) a remote team. Your job sites could be anywhere from your couch to your local coffee shop. While your paystub might list a Florida address, your teammates are located as far West as Washington, East as Vermont, North as Alaska, and South as Florida! Although we can't lob peanuts from cubicle to cubicle, we are intentional about being a close-knit team that's committed to clear communication.

Feedback Program Coordinator (Full Time)

40 Hours/Week Remote Position
Salary: $21-$24/Hour

FundEasy is looking for a visionary and process-driven individual to design, implement, and manage our comprehensive customer feedback process from the ground up. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to establish workflows, tools, and strategies that make it easy for customers to share feedback, for teams to manage and prioritize it, and for leadership to make data-driven decisions.  We are building a brand-new product founded on a culture where customer voices drive innovation and decisions, and are looking for a team member who can turn this vision into reality. 

This role requires someone passionate about creating systems that bridge the gap between customer input and actionable product development. As the architect of our feedback process, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we listen to, understand, and respond to our users, ensuring their needs are at the core of every decision we make.
