Work from anywhere! That’s right - FundEasy is (and always has been) a remote team. Your job sites could be anywhere from your couch to your local coffee shop. While your paystub might list a Florida address, your teammates are located as far West as Washington, East as Vermont, North as Alaska, and South as Florida! Although we can't lob peanuts from cubicle to cubicle, we are intentional about being a close-knit team that's committed to clear communication.

Sales Admin (Part Time)
Approx. 20-30 Hours/Week • Remote Position
Salary: $16 - $18 per hour/Hour + Commission & Bonus
FundEasy is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Admin to support our sales team in managing critical administrative tasks. In this role, you will focus on maintaining customer data in HubSpot, processing sales transactions in Stripe, and organizing lead information after conferences. You'll play a key role in assisting with sales projects, helping ensure deadlines are met, and supporting the team’s success by tracking project milestones.
A vital part of this position is managing and refining sales automation workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity across the team. You’ll also use Slack to communicate effectively and ensure team alignment, creating a seamless experience for our sales representatives and clients alike.
